HEPA filters remove unwanted contaminants, such as dust particles, bacteria, or odors, from the air being drawn in. The result is clean air, safe for people, products, processes, and the environment.
MPPS
A HEPA filter must comply with NEN-EN 1822. This is tested according to "MPPS", which stands for "Most Penetrating Particle Size". This refers to the particle that most easily passes through the HEPA filter. This particle is between 0.12 and 0.24 microns, depending on the air velocity. Particles larger or smaller than this are captured with a better filtration rate.
Quality
- Dehaco's HEPA filters are fully developed and produced in the Netherlands, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Fiatec has tested and approved the design and performance in accordance with EN1822 / ISO 29463.
- Are you replacing a HEPA filter? Make sure you always replace it with a filter of the same quality and that it fits properly in the machine or space where it is installed!
- Efficiency determined at MPPS
Make sure you always replace the filter with one of the same quality and that it fits properly back into the machine or space where it is placed!
